After falling heavily at Phillip Island, Carlos Checa goes to Aragon even more determined to get a podium finish. Underlining the rider's highly-charged emotions is his decision to enhance and update the graphics on his X-lite X-802R helmet with additional features that reflect his world.
The basic design, with which Carlos has been identified since 2010, is a metaphor for his life. In fact, every single detail of the graphics tells a story - the story of a man and of a rider. A bold man, always searching for emotions. An explorer who never tires of knowledge.
Decorative elements have been addedto the new 2013 version, including icons representing different continents and entry visa stamps that the rider has collected throughout his career spanning 20 years. On top, the "Compass Rose" has been enhanced with the words “Checa World” in red lettering, further accentuating the helmet's underlying theme.
Overall, the graphics look even more three-dimensional because of the balance between colours and chosen themes.
