T&#8217;adones que \u00e9s com estar pujat en un tren sabent que acabar\u00e0 arribant a l&#8217;\u00faltima estaci\u00f3 i, en aquest moment, toca baixar-se. Jo per circumst\u00e0ncies de diferent tipus, (no sabria dir si va ser millor o pitjor), vaig arribar amb ganes de baixar a l&#8217;\u00faltima estaci\u00f3.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El principal canvi \u00e9s mental. Quan competeixes tot gira al voltant d&#8217;un calendari d&#8217;entrenaments, curses i altres compromisos i sense aquestes metes, has de comen\u00e7ar a crear-te altres i construir la teva vida fora de la competici\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1280\" height=\"960\" src=\"https:\/\/carloscheca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/PHOTO-2019-09-24-16-04-54.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-707\" srcset=\"https:\/\/carloscheca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/PHOTO-2019-09-24-16-04-54.jpg 1280w, https:\/\/carloscheca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/PHOTO-2019-09-24-16-04-54-400x300.jpg 400w, https:\/\/carloscheca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/PHOTO-2019-09-24-16-04-54-768x576.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1280px) 100vw, 1280px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Afortunadament tenia molts camps i inquietuds per explorar i sensacions de viure i tant en el personal, com en el professional, em vaig sentir ocupat des del primer moment i molt a gust amb la meva nova vida, fent coses diferents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La sensaci\u00f3 de &#8220;no comprom\u00eds&#8221;, ser amo absolut del teu temps \u00e9s relaxant, gratificant, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 menys intensa i resulta important plantejar-te nous reptes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deixar la competici\u00f3 et permet veure les coses amb una major perspectiva i valorar-les de manera diferent. Arribes a la fin de la teva carrera sent molt millor pilot del que ho eres quan vas comen\u00e7ar i aquesta \u00e9s la millor recompensa. He tamb\u00e9 recon\u00e8ixer que no \u00e9s menys cert, que en m\u00e9s d&#8217;una ocasi\u00f3, a tots ens passa per la ment la idea de &#8220;tant de bo pogu\u00e9s comen\u00e7ar a c\u00f3rrer amb el que ara&#8221;. \u00c9s l&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia que resulta de l&#8217;aprenentatge a trav\u00e9s de el temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I \u00e9s que: &#8220;Els anys ensenyen el que els dies ignoren&#8221;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Resulta f\u00e0cil parlar de la retirada quan est\u00e0s en actiu.
